Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and product management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering high-quality products. Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic product planning process to improve DDIs overall competitiveness and increase market reach
• Lead the requirements definition process for new products in collaboration with sales, marketing and engineering, and manage product roadmaps
• Support cross-functional management of the product development process from conception through go-to-market.
• Participate in the product development process to ensure technical and commercial requirements are aligned with market needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to product development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and product management
• Proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering high-quality products
• Strong technical background and understanding of product development processes
• Experience with ERP and PLM software systems, such as Syspro and Arena Solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Goal oriented and willing to take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
