Key Responsibility

• Make outbound calls to retail business owners and institutional facilities
• Develop and qualify leads to drive additional sales opportunities
• Build long lasting B2B relationships, we thrive on repeat business and not the 1-time sale
• Generating revenue while meeting sales goals

Desired Skills and Experience

• Passion for the aquarium hobby
• Background in retail-based sales. Retail pet store or aquarium shop experience is preferred
• Experience in keeping aquariums and knowledge in the hobby
• Goal oriented
• Good organizational skills
• Self-starter/motivated with an entrepreneur mindset
• Strong Communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Microsoft Office literate
