Senior Product Manager - Sales and Marketing - Remote
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch refinement.
Oversee product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies to drive market adoption.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities.
Ensure timely execution of product development milestones and go-to-market initiatives. Customer & Market Engagement Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from healthcare professionals, KOLs, and end-users.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry leaders to inform product development.
Lead customer-facing activities, including product demonstrations, workshops, and trade shows.
Use customer feedback to enhance existing products and identify new opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, quality, and R&D teams to align on product strategies and execution.
Provide product training and support to sales teams to ensure successful product positioning.
Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, ensuring smooth execution.
Present regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on product performance and strategic initiatives.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies. What You Bring Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-market optimization.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop and execute product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in peripheral interventional devices or related healthcare sectors.
Expertise in portfolio marketing and global product launch strategies.
Clinical or technical background with a deep understanding of vascular or interventional medical device technology.
