Partner Enablement Operations

Administering Skilljar (their LMS) — managing partner domain allow lists, learner groups, learning paths, enrollment rules, and ensuring partner access aligns with tiering and entitlement rules.

Serving as the primary point of contact for the partner enablement support inbox — handling questions on access, enrollment, certification status, and discount eligibility.

Partnering with their AI support agent (Fin) to ensure routine inquiries are deflected and escalated tickets are resolved quickly.

Running certification grading scripts, reviewing proctoring sessions flagged for academic integrity issues, and maintaining a certification tracking dashboard.

Verifying learning path completions submitted via partner intake forms and routing learners into appropriate downstream groups.

Documenting manual workflows to support future automation, knowledge transfer, and program scaling.

Identifying operational pain points and surfacing improvement opportunities to Partner Enablement leadership.

7 years in learning operations, certification program operations, or partner programs — ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.

Deep hands-on experience administering a modern LMS (Skilljar strongly preferred) — allow lists, learner groups, learning path configuration, enrollment rules, domain/SSO setup.

Strong technical understanding of how an LMS integrates with Salesforce, partner portals, identity providers, and data warehouses — with the ability to troubleshoot across the stack.

Experience with certification operations: candidate data flows, exam delivery integrations (Pearson VUE or similar), credential issuance, and clean data pipelines.

Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (Workato, Zapier, Tray, or similar) and the ability to partner with engineering, RevOps, and IT.

Proficiency with dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce reports) to monitor learner progress and data integrity.

Strong written communication — able to manage high-volume email and Slack-based support clearly and professionally.
