Solution Key Account Manager – Fitness Equipment Solutions, Hospitality & Residential Sector
$85-105k Base Salary + Commissions = $170-200k+
We’re looking for a Solution Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role combines new business development with account management. You’ll build strong client relationships, manage a wide product and service portfolio, and drive growth in the wellness industry. The focus of this role is to sell high-quality fitness equipment to clients within the hospitality and multifamily residential business segment. Yo u'll focus on building new business relationships with golf and country clubs, luxury hotels, high-end residential developments, and wellness-driven real estate groups What You’ll Do
- Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads, profile customers, and update the CRM
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Increase customer satisfaction and provide market feedback
- Conduct regular client and prospect visits in line with sales targets
- 3+ years of sales/account management experience within B2B sales.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Experience managing complex deals and solution selling
- Excellent consulting, negotiation, and presentation skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
- Results-driven, with strong communication and listening abilities
