Founding Enterprise Account Executive

Our client, a high-growth software development startup, is seeking Founding Enterprise Account Executives to build and scale its sales function from the ground up.

As a founding AE, you will play a critical role in expanding the customer base, shaping the sales strategy, and laying the foundation for a high-performing enterprise sales team.

What You'll Do

• Generate pipeline through a combination of converting existing free users and executing outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, and targeted outreach)
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Identify key stakeholders, uncover business challenges, and position solutions to deliver clear business wins
• Manage proof-of-concepts, pricing negotiations, security reviews, and procurement processes alongside solution architects
• Drive expansion within existing accounts through increased product adoption and upsell opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the data ecosystem
• Experience selling AI-native or complex SaaS solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers
• Track record of closing multi-threaded deals within Fortune 1000 organizations
• Startup experience (Series A or B preferred)
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack
• Proven ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound channels
• High ownership mindset with the ability to manage deals end-to-end, from pipeline creation to expansion
