Senior Product Manager - Core Platforms
Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product. Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making Monitors product profitability measures, including budget. Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed. Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services Measure everything. Define and track KPIs for your initiatives, ensuring investments demonstrate measurable impact of your work and how it ties to the wider business initiatives. Manage multiple concurrent work streams effectively, seeking guidance on prioritization trade-offs when competing demands arise. Contribute to platform capabilities that improve team efficiency through well-designed features and self-service solutions. Identify and communicate risks within your work streams, developing mitigation strategies with guidance from leadership when needed. Participate in product reviews, contributing insights and maintaining accountability for your deliverables. Contribute to AI-driven solutions within your product area, developing fluency with emerging capabilities. Track record of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with startup-like agility Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical product decisions Demonstrated comfort with cross-functional dependencies
