As an Event Assistant , you'll work alongside experienced event professionals to help organize, coordinate, and execute impactful events that support charitable organizations and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs.
  • Support event setup, registration, logistics, breakdown, and overall event operations.
  • Welcome and engage attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Help coordinate volunteer schedules, event activities, and onsite event flow.
  • Promote nonprofit initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and community programs while providing accurate information to attendees.
  • Assist with registration, guest check-in, donation processing, and event materials.
  • Monitor attendance, collect participant feedback, and help evaluate event success.
  • Work closely with event coordinators and team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, organized, and professional presence throughout all events.
  • Participate in paid training focused on event coordination, fundraising, leadership development, customer engagement, and nonprofit outreach.

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, volunteer work, or nonprofit organizations is a plus—but no experience is required .
