A bit about us:

Our client is a rapidly growing multi-million-dollar general contractor in the Bay Area. With a focus on ground-up and tenant-improvement high-end construction projects, our client is rapidly growing. Due to this growth, they are now looking for a strong Controller to have oversight of the entire accounting function, while managing a team of accountants.

Job Details

A successful Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction accounting, ideally with a general contractor
  • Proven experience as a Controller
  • QuickBooks experience a must
  • Procore experience nice to have
  • Management experience nice to have
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset
