Class A CDL Dedicated Team Delivery Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking Class A CDL drivers to operate as team drivers on dedicated round-trip routes originating in Gilroy, CA. This W-2 position offers competitive weekly earnings, consistent home time, and comprehensive benefits. Positions are available for true teams and for solo drivers who will be paired to form consistent teams.

• Route & Freight Details
  • Origin: Gilroy, CA
  • Destinations: IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, FL (dedicated round-trip routes)
  • Freight: Refrigerated (refrigerated no-touch freight)
  • Typical weekly mileage: approximately 4,900 miles
  • Freight handling: 100% no-touch (drop-and-hook where applicable)

  • Average weekly earnings: $2,100–$2,400

• Schedule & Home Time
  • Steady, predictable dedicated runs with guaranteed weekly home time to complete required reset (including the 34-hour reset)
  • Positions available for true teams and solo drivers; solo drivers will be matched to maintain schedule consistency
• Primary Responsibilities
  • Safely operate assigned tractor‑trailer on long‑haul dedicated routes in compliance with DOT, state, and company regulations
  • Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to distribution centers while meeting on‑time performance expectations
  • Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and accurately document vehicle condition
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and operations staff
• Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)
  • Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year
  • Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Able to pass DOT physical examination and pre‑employment drug screening
