The Analytics team empowers customers to make data-driven decisions through comprehensive, intuitive, and actionable insights. Our products span reporting, dashboards, data exploration tools, and advanced analyticsenabling customers to easily visualize, understand, and leverage their data across their organization.

We are looking for an Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers focused on building and scaling these analytics solutions. In this role, you will be a hands-on leader, guiding full-stack teams while playing a key role in shaping our engineering direction and product strategy.

Youll also contribute to the next generation of data productsleveraging agentic systems to help customers glean insights faster, more intelligently, and with less manual effort. These systems will transform how users interact with their data by combining automation, intelligence, and interactivity.

You will drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that impact multiple areas of the product and organization, influencing both the long-term technical architecture and the business success of our platform.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of passionate software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high impact
• Establish and refine processes that enable the team to move fast, stay aligned, and continuously deliver value
• Invest in your teams growth, providing mentorship, career development, and support to help each member reach their full potential
• Drive consistent, high-quality delivery, ensuring products are shipped regularly and meet performance, usability, and reliability standards
• Stay hands-on, contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, and key technical initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally, maintaining a holistic view across engineering and product to shape long-term technical and product strategies
• Step into the product management role when needed, helping define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong foundation in building and scaling web applications
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager, leading and mentoring high-performing teams
• Proven experience leading product-focused teams, including those with a strong frontend engineering component
• Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI), reporting, or data visualization systems, with an understanding of how users consume and interact with data is a plus.
• Prior experience with full stack teams would also be a plus.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and drive clarity amidst ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead complex projects end-to-end, and deliver high-impact results
• Skilled in recruiting, organizing, and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture
• Strong product intuition and a customer-centric mindsetable to balance technical priorities with user needs and business goals

Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:

198,000 - 346,500 USD per year (US Tier 1)
