About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our Influencer Marketing team in building impactful campaigns that connect with Gen Z and Millennial men. This role is essential in driving brand awareness and engagement through influencer partnerships, product seeding, and campaign execution.

What You'll Do

Assist the Influencer Marketing team in executing campaigns, including outreach, contract management, and tracking deliverables.
Identify and vet influencers who align with our brand's values and audience.
Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, ensuring they feel connected to the brand.
Coordinate product mailings and gifting programs to encourage organic influencer mentions.
Monitor influencer content to ensure alignment with campaign goals and provide feedback when needed.
Track campaign performance metrics (EMV, engagement, reach, sentiment, etc.) and compile reports with insights.
Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and best practices.
Collaborate with social and marketing teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader brand initiatives.
Assist in creating campaign briefs outlining goals, messaging, and deliverables for influencer partners.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing and social media. You thrive in building relationships, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to stay ahead of trends in the influencer space. You are comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a creative and strategic mindset. Experience working with men's lifestyle, outdoor, or athlete creators is a plus!

What You Bring

1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
Passion for social media and a deep understanding of influencer culture, platforms, and trends.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build authentic relationships.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
Experience with influencer management tools (e.g., Tribe, Creator IQ) and social media analytics platforms is a plus.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (bonus points for familiarity with X (Twitter) and Reddit).
Interest in men's grooming, sustainability, and active-outdoor lifestyles.
