Brunn & Flynn, an AV-rated law firm, has served clients in Northern California for more than sixty years. The successful candidate will serve new and long-standing clients in most areas of civil law. We are actively recruiting an attorney with at least two years of experience. An outstanding team of paralegals and attorney colleagues contribute to an enjoyable and effective work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a commitment to providing the highest standard of legal representation.

What you’ll do
- Represent clients in all phases of civil trial work, including discovery and trial.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, discovery, pleadings, motions and other legal matters.
- Appear in court and take and defend depositions.
- Assist with trial preparations.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with legal software tools for research and document management.
