Accounts Payable Administrative Clerk

: Position Overview The Accounts Payable Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the Accounts Payable Team at the local branch. Essential Job Functions Receive all invoices and ensure that invoices include key points of information. Enter invoices in AveannaCare to ensure there are funds in each account to process payment Request payment accordingly Notify families/branch support if there are issues with invoices or procurement requests. Review and maintain P-Card Statements Ensure that vendors have completed Vendor Enrollment forms and W9 documents and have submitted the required licenses before processing Handle all vendor correspondence via phone or email in a timely manner Perform other duties as required to support the SDP team.
