This is an incredible opportunity for a single site working Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager. If you have 3-5 years’ experience in finance in a Senior Housing setting, you just might be the right candidate.
We are seeking an outstanding professional to process/manage day to day financial operations in our senior housing community. The right candidate will be analytical, hands on, team player with exceptional communication and time management skills and experienced in being fully responsible for cash management, billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll process. You must also have a true passion for working with seniors.
Objectives:
- Provide financial updates to managers by reporting appropriate data points
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain financial controls and guidelines
- Support short- and long-term operational strategies
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a financial role in a Senior Housing Setting
- Excellent analytical skills
- Computer and systems literate, including Procurement, Point of Sale and Payroll
- Proven leader
