Director of Sales

PSI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team in Long Beach and drive revenue growth. This is an onsite position that offers an exciting opportunity to shape the sales strategy and influence the direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop high-performing teams. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for establishing sales goals, providing guidance to the team, and nurturing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for the executive team.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional strategies and improve lead generation.
• Conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at building relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
