Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
As a Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our range of kitchen cabinets, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Compensation:$50,000 - $80,000 annually
Responsibilities:Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen cabinet product line, features, and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate our unique selling points.
Customer Engagement:
- Interact with potential and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct consultations to understand customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide expert advice on kitchen cabinet designs, layouts, and customization options.
Sales Process:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinet products, materials, and design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in kitchen cabinet sales or a related field is highly desirable.
