Job Title: Home Health Aide - Bath Visits
Location: San Fernando Valley, CA
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $35 per visit
Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and qualified Home Health Aides to join our team for bath visits. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential personal care services to individuals in the comfort of their homes or facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bath visits for patients per care plans
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to and from patient homes or facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual patient needs
