• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Complete digital inspections with clear notes and pictures
• Diagnose customer concerns using proper testing procedures
• Perform approved repairs according to shop standards
• Verify parts are correct before starting repairs
• Communicate job status, delays, and additional findings
• Test drive vehicles when needed
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
• Help prevent comebacks by double-checking your work
