We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Care Practitioner with strong NICU experience to join our team on a per diem or travel basis in Torrance, CA . You will play a critical role in providing specialized respiratory care to our neonatal patients during overnight shifts.
📍 Location: Torrance, United States
💵 Pay rates:
Per Diem: $45/hr + OT after 8 hrs
Travel: $50/hr + OT after 8 hrs
🕒 Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
🗓 Employment Type: Per Diem or Travel Contract

What You'll Do:
🫁 Deliver respiratory therapy to neonatal patients in the NICU
🔧 Monitor, assess, and document patient respiratory status and response to treatment
📋 Operate ventilators, CPAP, and other respiratory equipment
🤝 Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
📊Follow hospital protocols and maintain high standards of safety and compliance
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years of NICU experience (required).
✅ Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
✅ Flexibility to work per diem and travel assignments
