Assembler – 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18.62 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Start Time: 4:45 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract to Hire
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift . This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. Assemblers will work in a fast-paced production environment assembling components while maintaining quality standards and following safety procedures.
No prior assembly experience is required— training will be provided .
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to production instructions and specifications
- Inspect components during assembly to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production goals and maintain consistent workflow
- Support team members and assist with other assembly tasks as needed
- Participate in cross-training across multiple assembly areas
Qualifications
- No previous assembly experience required
- Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Standing for extended periods during the shift
- Required use of appropriate safety equipment
