Vice President - Product Management

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President of Product Management to join our leadership team and lead the development of cutting-edge broadcast and media solutions. As the VP of Product Management, you will play a key role in defining the product strategy and overseeing the execution of high-quality products that serve the evolving needs of our customers in the broadcast and media industries.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation across our broadcast solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and implement the product strategy for broadcast, ground-to-cloud migration, and live solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the product management team, providing guidance to ensure successful development and timely launches of new products, including cloud-based playout, production, and master control solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure products meet customer needs and are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Market Research & Innovation: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the broadcast and media sectors.
Customer-Centric Product Development: Partner with customers (e.g., TV networks, broadcasters, production companies) to understand their pain points and create tailored solutions that address their unique needs.
Product Launch & Performance Analysis: Oversee product launch plans, including marketing and sales enablement, and continuously analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.
Product Roadmaps & Prioritization: Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business goals, and market trends.
Budget Management: Oversee product development budgets, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and aligned with strategic priorities.
People Management & Development:
Mentorship & Team Building: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth within the product management team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Team Goals & KPIs: Establish clear performance goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and career development paths for team members.
Resource Allocation: Ensure effective workload distribution and resource management, optimizing team performance.
Collaboration & Cross-Department Alignment: Maintain strong relationships with other departments to ensure alignment between product management and broader company objectives.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who brings:

10+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the B2B software and technology sectors, specifically in broadcast and media.
A proven track record of successfully developing and launching products that drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
A deep understanding of cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
Strong analytical abilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings.
Experience in market analysis and the competitive landscape within the broadcast and media industries.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
