OVERVIEW

Are you a passionate marketing leader who thrives on inspiring others to embrace a mind-body wellness journey? Alo Yoga is seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to shape and execute our marketing strategy. In this role, you will oversee integrated marketing, social media, international expansion, and retail marketing, playing a pivotal role in communicating our purpose to inspire mind-body wellness. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Creative, you will lead a talented and growing team.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Creative to develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with our vision and values. Utilize your structured and organized approach to craft engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience and promote mind-body wellness.
  • Lead and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, influencers, events, and collaborations. Develop comprehensive content marketing strategies that tap into consumer, cultural, and business insights and activate across channels and drive measurable results.
  • Drive our social media strategy by creating captivating content for Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Leverage your content expertise to connect with our audience authentically.
  • Take charge of marketing strategies for our international expansion efforts. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt campaigns and ensure our brand message resonates in diverse markets. Stay informed about market trends and leverage opportunities for growth.
  • Enhance the in-store experience of our Alo Sanctuaries and drive foot traffic through innovative retail marketing initiatives. Create out-of-the-box retail strategies that engage customers, drive revenue, and serve as proof of our why .
  • Lead and develop a talented marketing team, providing guidance and support to help them thrive. Foster a collaborative and innovative, in-office work environment that encourages creativity and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work with the digital team & acquisition team to identify opportunities to drive site traffic.
  • Partner with Growth, Customer, and Social teams to ensure marketing moments are strategically integrated into performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and social activations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in brand marketing, preferably in retail or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong content background, with a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and digital platforms.
  • International marketing experience and a passion for expanding brands into new markets.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure, and creativity.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Personal passion for mindfulness and wellness, aligning with Alo Yoga's mission.

The base salary range for this position is $200,000-$250,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits
