MCS is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen staff. We are fast-paced, featuring Guy Fieri and the Mina group concepts, e.g., farm-to-table, modern American restaurants committed to providing exceptional dining experiences built on quality ingredients and creative execution.

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., slicers, choppers, fryers, ovens, stovetops).
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products at assigned stations.
• Keep a clean and tidy workstation, adhering to all sanitation and food safety standards.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen
• Assist in prep work and receiving/storing deliveries as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the Chef, Sous Chef, and front-of-house staff.
• Handle high-pressure situations, including peak service hours, with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role 3 years or more preferred.
• Solid understanding of classic cooking techniques and kitchen terminology.
• Ability to read and follow standardized recipes.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen environment.
• Manual dexterity and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a Food Handler's Card.
