Product Manager III

Laserfiche
Long Beach, CA

Description

As a Laserfiche Product Manager you’ll sit at the heart of innovation—where customer needs, business ambition, and cutting‑edge technology come together. You’ll turn market insights and real user feedback into a bold product vision, then bring it to life through smart strategy and seamless execution.

Working hand‑in‑hand with engineering, design, and cross‑functional partners, you’ll drive products that don’t just meet expectations—they redefine them. You’ll champion the customer, balance competing priorities, and make the calls that keep our teams moving fast and focused.

As both a strategist and product owner, you’ll shape roadmaps, make high‑impact tradeoffs, and lead the delivery of features that create real value. If you thrive on turning ideas into outcomes and enjoy building products people love, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

  • Partner closely with Product Design (UI/UX) to map seamless user journeys and deliver an intuitive, high-adoption customer experience.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and measurable acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the Product Owner in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing clarity on requirements to help Engineering estimate and sequence work.
  • Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog, expertly balancing new feature development, technical debt, and bug fixes to maximize ROI.
  • Act as the ultimate product Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Sales enablement, customer success, and external product marketing initiatives.

About You - Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
