Barista
Be part of the the new artisan bakery and coffee shop in West LA.
Diego’s Bakery is a modern artisan bakery focused on high-quality, from-scratch desserts paired with thoughtfully sourced coffee. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Barista who takes pride in both coffee quality and maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
This role goes beyond making coffee—you’ll be responsible for the overall front-of-house presentation and flow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso drinks and coffee beverages to a high standard
- Assist with cashier duties and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area at all times
- Bus and clean tables to ensure the space is always in excellent condition
- Clean and maintain the coffee station and equipment
- Monitor and restock inventory for your station
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential
- Valid ServSafe certification required
Compensation:
Starting at $20/hour + tips (negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday-Saturday
