We’re hiring a reliable Entry Level Machine Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Santa Clara, offering a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 6AM to 2:30 PM. Starting pay is $19/hr, with room to advance within the company. This position combines warehouse support and production tasks, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisted in both material handling and assembly line duties, including loading raw materials and packing finished goods.

• Operated pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory between warehouse storage and production areas.

• Monitored production equipment and performed basic maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintained accurate inventory records and completed shipping/receiving documentation as needed.

• Followed safety protocols in both warehouse and production zones, contributing to a clean and organized workspace.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
