Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Temecula, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience supporting orders, coordinating projects, and managing client communication in a fast-paced manufacturing, printing, packaging, graphics, or production environment. The Customer Service Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the package manufacturing process, helping ensure orders are entered accurately, artwork and production milestones stay on track, and customers receive timely updates from file submission through final delivery. This opportunity offers a collaborative, team-oriented work environment where communication, organization, accountability, and strong client service are highly valued. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order updates, scheduling changes, and service-related questions.- Create accurate sales orders from customer purchase orders and ensure specifications, approvals, delivery details, and documentation are complete.
- Coordinate with art, procurement, logistics, production, and shipping teams to keep customer jobs moving on schedule.
- Track order status, follow up on artwork and production milestones, and proactively communicate potential delays or changes to customers and internal teams.
- Resolve order discrepancies, documentation concerns, specification issues, material questions, and scheduling conflicts with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain accurate customer notes, job records, delivery instructions, and project updates in Excel, ERP, and project management systems. Compensation and Benefits - $24 to $28 per hour.
