ServiceNow Architect
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Sacramento CA
Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience , including:
Leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM , and integrations with enterprise platforms.
Designing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM , and system integrations.
Establishing and enforcing platform governance, architectural standards, and best practices, including CMDB/CSDM alignment , security, performance optimization, and platform health.
Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while overseeing workflows, integrations, and overall system design, with a focus on minimizing unnecessary customizations.
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding architectural decisions, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the long-term ServiceNow platform roadmap.
