Carmel Mountain Dentistry is seeking an enthusiastic RDA to support our doctor and dental team. Registered Dental Assistant

Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
Assist the dentist during various dental treatments and exams
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
Operate dental equipment including iTero scanners (experience preferred, training available)
Maintain accurate patient records and update Dentrix software
Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
Provide excellent patient care by ensuring comfort and answering questions
Manage inventory and order dental supplies when necessary
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a smooth workflow

part-time $25 - $35 per hour

Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Fridays, Weekends: Closed

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• iTero

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Experience with iTero scanners a plus or willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Commitment to providing excellent patient care while maintaining a fun work atmosphere

Previous dental assisting experience preferred
