Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Long Beach, CA (On-site, Full-Time)

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for logistics and operations? We're looking for a Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Long Beach distribution center. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing inbound and outbound shipments for both wholesale and e-commerce customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

This is an on-site, full-time, direct-hire position—not a remote role.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and monitor inbound purchase orders across customers, proactively identifying and communicating any potential integration issues.
Track customer portal metrics to ensure compliance with performance standards.
Manage order allocations, cancellations, and inventory feeds to optimize fulfillment.
Manually enter purchase orders for customers and sample requests as needed.
Collaborate with the Accounting team to review chargebacks and provide documentation for disputes.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues delaying order fulfillment.
Route, release, and ship domestic and international B2B orders within designated timeframes.
Process B2C order batches to support timely fulfillment by web teams.
Audit daily reports to ensure e-commerce orders are processed efficiently.
Communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock items and estimated restock dates.
Monitor the logistics inbox, responding to carriers and customer inquiries.
Work closely with the planning team to maintain stock levels for high-priority customers.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in sales operations, logistics, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems, plus experience with FedEx/UPS shipping software.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Strong Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Independence & Teamwork: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating in a team environment.
