- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in software, hardware accelerators, or mobile ML software development.
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including research, silicon, software, system, operating systems, program management and product marketing teams.
- Experience in System Design, Android, Embedded Systems or Software Development.
- Ability to lead and guide a team of product managers, manage stakeholder relationships, develop and articulate product ideas and roadmap.
- Collaborate within Silicon, Pixel, and cross-functional partners in identifying, prioritizing, and driving power and performance optimizations of upcoming compute customer user journeys and corresponding workloads that demand energy requirements.
- Define and drive key performance and power metrics for new user journeys.
- Define product ideas with differentiated silicon solutions and roadmap.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, legal, and multiple cross-functional teams for product and feature launches enabled with Google Tensor.
Advanced
Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders;deep expertise in domain.

Tensor makes transformative user experiences possible with the help of ML running on our Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) ML accelerator complemented by CPU and GPU subsystems to deliver the foundational mobile experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
