A/P CLERK (FULL TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for a full time A/P CLERK position.
• Location : Bluestar Refreshment Services - 40800 Encyclopedia Circle, Fremont, CA 94538. Note: online applications accepted only .
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous Microsoft Excel experience is required. Previous A/P and QuickBooks experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

• Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.
• Distributes signed checks as required.
• Prepares garnishment checks per reports from payroll.
• Acts as liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments.
• Answers vendor inquiries.
• Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
• Assists Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as necessary.
• Prepares cleared checks for storage.
• Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Performs filing and coping.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
