Were Looking For A(n): Key Account Manager

Location: Remote (Woodland Hills CA)

What Youll Be Doing: The mission for this role is to profitably grow our Golden Hippo pet brands within assigned key accounts including Neighborhood Pet and Farm & Feed in the U.S. as part of the overall retail strategy.

• Close and launch Golden Hippo products in critical opportunity key accounts
• Achieve sales and spending goals within assigned current accounts
• Create negotiate and execute account level business plans
• Manage corporate relationships with key stakeholders including distributors
• Create relationships with decision-makers and influencers at assigned accounts
• Work internally across other departments to maximize opportunities
• Stay on top of industry trends and be a voice of your customer internally

Required Education:

• Bachelors Degree or related experience

Required Experience:

• 5 years of selling consumer goods
• 5 years of selling pet products
• 3 years of selling to distributors and corporate accounts
• Account Management experience with large retailers

Preferred Education:

• Marketing degree

Preferred Experience:

• Key account experience in the independent pet channel
• Experience with Hollywood Feed Mud Bay Tomlinsons Centinela Petsense Earthwise

The base salary range is $85500-$114100.

The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on Californias cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.

Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geographical location.
