**Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse • Nights****Location:** Coalinga, California **Overview:**Seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide compassionate care in a mental health facility, ensuring patient safety and high•quality nursing. **Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a behavioral health setting.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Collaborate on patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation. **Schedule:**
• 26/52•week assignment, 40 hours/week
• Night Shift: 2300 • 0700 **Training:**
• 30•day orientation during day shifts (5 x 8•hour shifts)
• Includes med certifications and shadowing **Requirements:**
• Active CA RN License
• BLS and CPI certifications
• Two years of behavioral health nursing experience
• COVID vaccination and booster required **Additional Information:**
• Patient ratios: 1:8, 1:30
• No on•call; PPE provided
• Scrub Color: Any, Navy Blue or Black preferred
• On•site parking **Attendance and Time Off:**
• Strict training attendance; two call•outs result in a warning, three may lead to termination
