IT Support Specialist (FT) (Entry Level)

Purpose:

We’re seeking a dependable, tech-savvy, and motivated IT Support Specialist to manage our firm’s daily technology needs. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with an AA degree in Information Technology or a related field who wants to gain real-world experience in a professional legal and accounting environment.

You’ll be the go-to person for IT support across the firm, ensuring systems, software, and users all stay secure, connected, and running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Maintain and support Microsoft 365 , QuickBooks , and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, backups, and basic cybersecurity tasks.
• Assist with equipment setup, upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Collaborate with management on system optimization and workflow improvements.
• Provide user training and clear IT guidance to staff when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (required).
• Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting .
• Basic knowledge of networking and system maintenance .
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace .
• Exposure to QuickBooks or legal/accounting software preferred.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of IT responsibilities.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (depending on skills, certifications, and experience).
