Senior Project Manager

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering our projects, while also having the opportunity to work closely with our external customers. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and developing long-term relationships that are essential to our continued success.

We integrate various systems and sensors into tailored solutions that together provide the required Combat System capabilities to our customers. Our projects range from small‑scale system integrations to large, turnkey Combat System deliveries.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of one of our projects, including the following areas:

• Primary customer contact and relationship management
• Managing the contract scope
• Establishing and maintaining a suitable project plan and tailored organization
• Leading the project team
• Managing sub‑projects and sub‑suppliers
• Providing cost and profitability forecasts
• Managing risks and opportunities

Since you will be the primary point of contact for the customer, some travel will be required. We are in the middle of a major office relocation and currently have operations in both Solna and Järfälla. This means that, for a period of time, work will need to be carried out at both sites.

The role may also include working with prospects as a Tender Manager, contributing to the securing of future business.

Your Profile

You are a highly motivated team player with excellent leadership skills, able to bring out the best in skilled project team members. Given that our projects and customer relationships often span several years, you possess strong interpersonal skills to build, nurture, and sustain long‑term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Other key qualities include being results‑oriented, driven, and confident in making decisions in challenging and dynamic environments.

You hold an appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification in a business or technically oriented field, along with at least 10 years of relevant project management experience. You also have experience from working within industry or in a product or development company handling complex technical systems.
