I. WHO WE ARE:
We are an LA-based solar company that installs and distributes residential and commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage devices, and electric vehicle charging equipment.
We have been involved in 10MW+ in solar projects across all fifty states and in 25 countries worldwide.
Our company is ranked in the Top 10 in California across major trade sites and in the Top 250 nationwide.

IV. OPEN POSITION:
ASSOCIATE, SALES
1. Job Summary and Responsibilities:
We would like to add experienced sales associates to our residential/commercial solar + storage team. As our company grows, so does the list of referrals and inquiries. We have a good name throughout Southern California as builders of high-quality solar systems. We are searching for self-motivated, sales-savvy individuals who have previous solar sales experience to help manage our growing list of leads, leverage our strengths, and close.
- Hungry: Eager to progress personally and professionally, and passionate about solar energy.
- Relationship builder: Able to turn clients into raving fans by creating a delightful solar experience, to develop lasting and mutually beneficial relationships that lead to referrals and top reviews, and to provide opportunities for add-on services (batteries, EV charging systems, etc.).
- Organized: Detail-oriented and capable of drafting accurate proposals and contracts and carrying customer service experience through project completion and beyond.
- Enthusiasm: Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and meet sales goals efficiently with little oversight.
- Deliver on word: Provide realistic projections and work diligently to deliver ahead of schedule for a positive customer experience.
- Foresight: Anticipate any customer service / order issues before they happen and address as quickly as possible.
2. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred, with 3-5 years' experience in a solar sales role with proven track record of success and verifiable client testimonials / references.
- Experience in energy storage / battery sales, and commercial solar is a plus.
- Proficient use of English and in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of resourcefulness, confidence, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, can-do attitude; personable, courteous, and helpful.
3. Compensation:
- Generous Commission % + Benchmark Bonuses @ milestones
4. Summary:
This will be a very entrepreneurial position and carries a great deal of responsibility. We won't be accepting candidates without a solid track record of sales success in the solar or related industry.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
