Lead a Junk Removal Crew
College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is hiring a Junk Removal Crew Captain to lead junk removal teams serving the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley , including Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, and Thousand Oaks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, leading a team, and completing jobs efficiently .
What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew removing unwanted items from homes and businesses
- Safely operate open-top junk removal trucks
- Load trucks efficiently to maximize space
- Communicate with customers about job scope and pricing
- Identify additional items that customers may want removed
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Prior junk removal, moving, construction, or labor leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Reliable and punctual

Schedule
Workdays typically start between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM depending on job assignments .
Full-time and part-time schedules available.
