Position Overview
The Territory Manager for Sacramento/Reno will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the government account market presence in this territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical technology industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to improving healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within the territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to stakeholders on medical technology products.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development and sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management when required.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
• Attend trade shows and represent the company at industry events to promote products and services.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or military background.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
