Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient position in Eureka, California. This role involves providing acute care and adult rehabilitation services within a specialized healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their license in hand on the first day of assignment. The position offers consistent hours, with scheduled shifts of 8 hours and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Eureka, California
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: California state license; BLS certification; 1 year of experience in occupational therapy; experience in acute care, adult rehabilitation, and patient assessments.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult rehabilitation facility procedures, amputee care, arthritis programs, CVA rehabilitation, dementia/Alzheimers care, FIM assessments, and pediatric rehabilitation. Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records system.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Additional Information: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Travel requires working 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
