Responsibilities:
• Join Eranix’s subcontractor pool and integrate into client teams as a team extension resource.
• Collaborate remotely with global engineers and client stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Provide expertise in your field (Full Stack Development, QA, AI & Automation) to support client projects.
• Participate in project kickoffs, demos, and technical consulting as required by client engagements.
• Ensure high quality deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and smooth integration with client workflows.
• Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and secure practices when handling client systems and data.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in your area of expertise.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in distributed, remote teams.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) preferred.
• Portfolio or project examples highly recommended.

Work Arrangement & Payment:
• Location: Remote (Worldwide)
• Job Type: Contract / Subcontractor
• Start: Immediate
• Payment: Based on project complexity, time consumption, and project score. Payment structures vary by project-milestone based or monthly retainer, agreed upon before project start.

How You Will Work:
This is a remote subcontractor model. You will be called upon when projects are ready for kickoff and integrated directly into client teams as a team extension. Work is project based, and assignments depend on client demand and Eranix’s ongoing engagements.
