- 3 Years of Transactional Attorney experience within Business, Property, and/or Construction
- Public procurement/contract negotiation experience for construction-related contracts desired
- Property law experience, including drafting & negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other property acquisition processes
- Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred, but not required
- Admission to the California State Bar.
