Senior Branch Administrator
Keep Our Branches Running Smoothly — From Your Happy Place!
We’re looking for a Senior Branch Administrator who thrives on structure, systems, and supporting a high-performance team that values accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.
If you love solving problems, streamlining processes, mentoring others, and keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes — this role is for you.
At Allied Landscape , we’re a $20M+ commercial landscape management company growing 20% year-over-year. We know that great support and great communication come from critical thinking, discipline, and ownership — not proximity. That’s why we’re building a remote operations team that’s focused, self-managed, and results-driven.
You’ll play a key role in supporting a small team of Branch Administrators, managing offshore administrative resources, and refining processes across multiple branches. If you enjoy making systems work better (Aspire experience is a big plus) and turning chaos into clarity, you’ll fit right in.
Position Overview
Highlights: Remote position supporting multiple Allied branches
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (standard business hours, Pacific Time)
Compensation: $40-60 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Time
Location: Fully remote, with travel to company meetings or branch visits 4–6 times per year (primarily Bay Area & Central Valley)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small team of Branch Administrators, ensuring consistency and accountability across locations.
- Manage offshore administrative partners with a focus on accuracy and performance.
- Solve system-based challenges and optimize workflows in Aspire and related platforms.
- Coordinate communication between operations, accounting, and field teams to keep work moving efficiently.
- Oversee enhancement prep, irrigation scheduling, purchasing timelines, and budget tracking.
- Maintain dashboards, leaderboards, and profitability reporting.
- Prepare weekly scoreboards, branch summaries, and performance reports.
- Support invoicing, job costing, and monthly variance reviews.
- Identify process bottlenecks and lead improvements that increase efficiency and visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of administrative or operations management experience in landscape, construction, or service-based industries.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills — able to identify root causes and create better systems.
- Experience leading teams and managing offshore administrative support.
- Proficiency in Aspire ERP (or similar software).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable traveling 4–6 times per year for in-person meetings.
- Aligned with Allied’s core values: CARE. GROW. LEAD. WORK.
Why You’ll Love It Here
- A leadership team that values initiative, accountability, and innovation.
- A “scoreboard” culture — we measure what matters, celebrate wins, and learn from misses.
- Flexible remote work with growth opportunities and in-person collaboration.
- A company that’s growing fast and committed to promoting from within.
- A culture where great people and great performance create great partnerships.
If you’re ready to bring structure, systems thinking, and leadership to a fast-growing landscape management company — and you love finding better ways to work — apply now and grow with us.
