Sales Development Representative
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Development Representative in Irvine, CA. Summary: We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our company sales team by converting interest into opportunity. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling to individuals who have already received a quote from the company. Your mission is simple: engage, qualify, and transfer warm prospects to licensed sales agents. This is a high-activity, performance-based role ideal for someone energized by the phone and motivated by measurable results.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a positive attitude
- Strong persistence and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills
