Project/Program Management Senior Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage change management strategies and communications for transformation initiatives.
- Create and maintain presentations and messaging for executive audiences.
- Lead networks of change champions to execute plans.
- Define and evaluate success metrics.
- Build rapport with stakeholders and adapt to changing environments.
- Influence and build consensus across teams.
- Implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create engaging content for internal audiences.
- Drive projects to completion and deliver outcomes.
- Provide stakeholder and executive-level updates.
Experience Required
- 7+ years in change management for complex initiatives.
- 7-10 years in business transformations, strategy, corporate communications, or consulting.
- Experience in customer support and professional services is a plus.
- Web design and content production experience is a plus.
Skills & Certifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen and project management.
- Ability to simplify complexity and strategic thinking.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; MBA desirable.
- Change Management certifications highly desirable.
