Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping our hiring practices, elevating the candidate experience, and supporting our efforts to build a diverse and inclusive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments, including sourcing, screening, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networking events.
  • Provide a high-touch, positive experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and adherence to best practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and set clear expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate assessments.
  • Effectively communicate with both headquarters and internal hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Understands the unique nature of each department's roles and responsibilities and conducts targeted sourcing accordingly.
  • Demonstrates a strong grasp of the company’s business drivers and aligns talent strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure hiring goals are met and opportunities for improvement are identified.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring across a variety of roles and levels
  • Experience using ATS platforms (ADP Workforce Now is a plus)
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for candidate experience and building inclusive hiring processes
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

The base salary for this position is between $76,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
