Streaming & Entertainment About the Role We're looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of mobile products, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through innovative, customer-centered solutions. As the Mobile Product Manager, you'll lead the strategy for new features and improvements across various mobile platforms. You'll drive the roadmap and prioritize initiatives that balance both customer needs and business goals. Your creativity and leadership will be crucial in pushing the boundaries of mobile products and ensuring that each feature delivers an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations related to product direction.
Craft a compelling product vision and gain alignment from cross-functional teams to bring it to life.
Define clear mobile product requirements, objectives, and success metrics to guide development.
Partner with Engineering, UX Design, Research, Data, and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.
Collaborate with Operations to run A/B tests and validate hypotheses, ensuring data-driven decisions.
Work with Marketing to create campaigns that complement and amplify the product experience.
Utilize customer data and trends to derive actionable insights, and make informed decisions to improve the product.
Develop all necessary product documentation, including user stories, roadmaps, and business requirements. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media or streaming products, with at least 5 years of experience in a product management role. You should have a proven track record of collaborating in multi-platform environments, delivering features that enhance the customer experience and meet business goals. A service excellence mindset, creative thinking, and a passion for experimentation are key qualities we value. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
Background in entertainment or streaming industries (preferably within the last 5 years).
Experience with Jira; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and align cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortable working remotely and independently, while still collaborating effectively with a distributed team. Additional Information Location: Remote (U.S. Based; West Coast Preferred)
