Job Title: Junior Data Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Onsite

Employment Type: 6-month contract with possible opportunity for permanent hire

Industry: Transportation Manufacturing
Compensation: $25-30/hour
Schedule:

• 40-hours per week, not much overtime opportunity
• Must be able to work flexible hours between 5 AM-7 PM
• Some weekend work may be required, but will have weekdays off if this is the case
• Schedule could change week to week

About the Opportunity:

This role will focus on data entry and analysis to support reporting requirements within the Mechanical and Facilities Departments. Key tasks include accurate data management, document control and creation, data extraction, and preparation of management reports.

What You'll Do:

• Data entry and analysis with high accuracy using Excel and Power BI
• Developing spreadsheets, dashboards, and presentations
• Utilizing data analysis and EAM tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Generating reports and summarizing findings for management review
• Document control and creation using SharePoint
• Other related duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with data entry and analysis
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), as well as Power BI
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint document control and creation
