Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician

$26 to $30/hour | Part-Time | Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 7 PM | Oakland, CA

Behavia Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to join our team to cover Oakland region. If you're already credentialed and looking for a company that values your work, treats you like a professional, and pays accordingly.

About the role

You'll work directly with kids and adolescents, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What you'll do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in client homes and community settings around Hercules
• Implement treatment plans designed by your BCBA and Program Supervisor
• Collect and submit clean session data
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and family members
• Maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and caregivers

What we're looking for

• Active RBT certification (Nice to have)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Available Monday through Friday, between 3 PM to 7 PM (at least 3 days of the week)
• Strong communication and a genuine love for working with kids
• Comfort using digital tools for data collection and scheduling
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field a plus
